In the latest State of the Nation Address by President Cyril Ramaphosa had a glass as ‘half-full’ tonality about it. Surely that’s the only way to look at things in these times? Yes, so many-many things can (and should) be executed with way more aplomb. And yes, the Rainbow is battered, bruised and a little jaded as the early autumn sun starts making its appearance – however – we’ve been here before.
